Great Soldering iron
As a DIY enthusiast, I’ve used my fair share of soldering irons, but this digital gem has certainly made my life much easier! It heats up super quick, and I love the adjustable temperature range; I’ve tackled everything from circuit boards to jewelry making without a hitch. The included accessories, especially the extra tips and the desoldering pump, have been lifesavers. I even carry the handy bag when visiting friends for craft nights! Plus, the LED display is bright and easy to read. For the price, you can’t beat this kit! Five stars from me!
Excellent!
Was just looking for a cheap soldering iron to do some threaded inserts for plastic parts. My cordless Weller doesnt work with any of the adapters for those. Decided on this one because of the handle. Lot of the under $20 ones have thin handles that get hot. Like the large rubber tipped handle on this one. Plus, the LED is white and not black on grey, so much easier to read! (excuse the photo though, the led flashes rapidly under a camera lens). Excellent lcd, temp controls are great and heats up fast! The kit came with a lot of good accessories, such as the long tweezers and a stand. Well worth the money for this set! The only con is the cable length. It's about 3ft. Wish it was either 5 or 6, so had to use an extension cable to my work desk.

Very well-made tool. Kit has everything you need to start solder
A few years ago, I made the mistake of applying bulb grease to the metal connectors inside the sockets of my car’s low beam headlights. It caused my wire harness connectors to burn out on both sides within a few weeks of each other. Rather than paying a mechanic to do a quick electrical job, I replaced the H11 wire harness sockets myself. I knew not to use duct tape to splice the wires together because of the heat in the car’s engine, so instead I used crimp-on wire terminals. However, it didn’t take long for them to disconnect, likely due to the engine’s heat along with the car’s vibration at high speeds. So I ended up paying my mechanic $50 to do a simple 5-minute soldering job. When I saw this kit, which included absolutely everything I would ever need for soldering wires plus many other applications, I decided to order it. When the kit first arrived, it was actually quite overwhelming because it included so many different parts and pieces. Now I should say that everything in the kit was well made and neatly organized in the carry bag that it comes with, however I just didn’t know where to start. But after I ended up watching videos online, I found out it was really easy to solder wires. All I needed from the kit was the soldering iron, the wire stripper and the heat shrink tubing. It ended up being a really easy process. The set really is complete with everything you need. The soldering iron worked great and pretty much instantaneously heated up as soon as I turned it on. You can also set the default temperature to whatever degree you want, so that way you don’t have to adjust the temperature every time you turn it on. This kit ended up being perfect. All the parts and pieces are very well-made and felt very safe to use. And everything was organized in the carry case, which is compact size and lightweight, so it's really easy to carry and store. It includes absolutely everything you need, and there is an ebook that is free to download that teaches you about every item in the kit and how to solder properly. This kit really is a bargain at $20.
Great quality soldering kit!
This soldering kit is actually pretty impressive. I had a cheap iron before with no heat setting buttons and badly needed one that I could adjust and trust it would be at the correct temperature. This one was perfect. It comes with everything you need, besides flux. I ended up using the wire I already had when testing as well. It's pretty easy to use. Came with a nice downloadable ebook as well. The heat adjustment buttons are easy to use and the led screen displays the temperature nicely. The tips are very nice too. They are already tinned which I found super helpful. And saved me some time. I can honestly say thing soldering iron kit is good quality and a must for fixing up electronics or for rc building.

This is a nice soldering kit. This comes with everything you need to do soldering projects, and comes in a nice easy carry zip around pouch. This kit not only has the soldering iron, but it has 5 interchangeable tips and a little screw driver to do it with. It has the pen - which is fast heating along with a stand, soldering wire (also a pair of wire strippers). This comprehensive kit is perfect for the beginner in soldering. This is an excellent value for the cost

Small, compact kit. Exactly what I was looking for. I have already used it and it worked perfectly. I was able to repair all of my solar lights that had the batteries soldered in. It has a temperature control and heats very quickly. I am glad that I bought this kit!

Soldering made easy
I bought this kit because I had a small soldering job to do. And I was very impressed with all of the things that were included in the kit. I showed it to my husband and he was quite impressed as well. In addition, since i've never done any soldering before in my life, I was very impressed that they included an ebook that could be downloaded to show you exactly how to do soldering, in case you didn't know what you were doing.
