This is a great little starter kit that includes everything you need to get going. It’s well suited for beginners, with a good mix of tools that make it easy to jump right into small electronics or DIY projects without needing to buy anything extra. Small, compact kit. Exactly what I was looking for. I have already used it and it worked perfectly. I was able to repair all of my solar lights that had the batteries soldered in. It has a temperature control and heats very quickly. I am glad that I bought this kit!

Soldering made easy
I bought this kit because I had a small soldering job to do. And I was very impressed with all of the things that were included in the kit. I showed it to my husband and he was quite impressed as well. In addition, since i've never done any soldering before in my life, I was very impressed that they included an ebook that could be downloaded to show you exactly how to do soldering, in case you didn't know what you were doing.

This set had everything I needed for an emergency repair of the tiniest of wires going to a mystery silver box that I had accidentally severed putting the last screw into a rebuilt oculus controller... this is the coolest iron I every purchased .. and I've purchased many...

This works so well! I'm very happy with the purchase. I have only used mine to do one stained glass piece so far, but it melted the 60/40 wire flawlessly.
